- All packages are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Prices are in Namibian dollars (N$).
- Optional extras are charged in addition to the package price. Items marked “on request” are quoted by our reservations team.
- Payment and cancellation follow Droombos’ standard booking terms, which are confirmed with your booking.
- The Business Stay is priced at N$3,500 per room per night for single occupancy, including a three-course dinner.
- Complimentary meeting space is for up to three hours per stay, booked in advance and subject to availability. Catering and equipment beyond the standard setup are charged separately.
