What catering options do you offer for celebrations?
Our award-winning culinary team provides all catering using fresh, farm-to-fork ingredients. Choose from plated meals (2-4 courses with wine), buffets, cocktail receptions, braai & bush dinners, afternoon tea, or themed menus (Italian, Mediterranean, Namibian). All dietary requirements accommodated including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and kosher. Children’s menus available.
Can we decorate the venue ourselves?
Yes! You’re welcome to personalize your celebration with decorations. Guidelines:
- Access Times: Setup access 2-3 hours before your event start time
- What’s Allowed: Balloons, centerpieces, banners, table linens, flower arrangements
- Not Permitted: Glitter, confetti, adhesives on walls, nails/screws, open flames (except approved candles)
- Cleanup: All decorations must be removed same day unless arranged otherwise
We can also recommend preferred décor vendors and event stylists who know our venues well. Basic table settings, linens, and festoon lighting are included in most venue packages
Can we bring our own alcohol or is there a bar service?
We offer flexible beverage options:
- Full Bar Service: We provide a fully stocked cash bar or host bar (you pay per drink or set a budget)
- Bar Packages: Per-person packages including wine, beer, soft drinks for 3-4 hours
- Wine Selection: Curated wine pairings from our sommelier
- Corkage Policy: You may bring your own wine with a corkage fee of N$80 per bottle. No outside spirits, beer, or champagne permitted.
Our Rosewood Pub also offers an extensive selection of whisky, gin, and craft beers for themed celebrations.
Are your venues child-friendly for family celebrations?

Can we have live music or a DJ at our celebration?
Absolutely! Entertainment options include:
- Live Bands: We have power points and can accommodate 3-6 piece bands in most venues
- DJs: Full sound systems welcome; we have house sound in some venues
- Acoustic Performers: Solo artists, duos, or small ensembles
- Sound Restrictions: Music must end by 11:00 PM on weeknights, midnight on weekends (Windhoek municipal regulations)
- Volume Levels: Outdoor venues require sound monitoring to respect neighboring properties
We can provide recommendations for vetted entertainers, photographers, and videographers if needed.
